Pre-launch draft. The operator must approve and publish its complete privacy policy and contact details before public launch.

Registering interest

The launch-interest form records the email address and rider or driver preference you submit, your consent version and submission time. It does not create a ride booking or approve a driver.

Private application information

The platform is designed to restrict trip, location, identity and payment references to authorized users. Payment card information is handled by the selected payment provider. The operator must publish retention periods, service-provider information, access and correction processes and privacy contact details before collecting live application data.

Account deletion

The mobile account flow supports a deletion request. Requests are reviewed against the operator’s approved retention schedule; financial and audit records are handled separately. This page must be updated with the operator’s public request and contact process before launch.
