One Ride is preparing for launch. This website does not accept ride bookings. This draft does not replace the operator’s final rider or driver terms.

Before service starts

The operator will publish its legal business details, support contacts, service boundary, fare rules, cancellation and no-show policy, payment terms and driver requirements. App download links will be added when the applications are ready for distribution.

Drivers

Registering interest is not approval to drive. Identity, vehicle, document and payout onboarding decisions are separate from the interest form.

Riders

The mobile application will show the applicable fare and booking state. A request acknowledgement is not a confirmed driver assignment. Payment and receipt status are tracked separately from journey completion.
